In the unlikely event that you receive a DOA item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email <prodigylivefeed@gmail.com> within same day of receiving your product to begin the process.
· We ship out within one business day excluding weekends and holidays. Friday orders will be shipped out the following Monday to avoid any delays.
· If your local temperature is below 40 °F or above 85 °F, We strongly suggest you to add a note "Post Office Hold" with your phone # in the checkout message box. "Post Office Hold" is free and Post Office will contact you for pick up when your order arrives.
· The insects cannot survive in the element for long. We strongly suggest someone be present when the package is delivered. Please keep an eye on the tracking once your order is shipped.
· Although rare, in the unfortunate event you receive dead on arrival, we will ship you a replacement order when you send us two photos 1) dead roaches in a cup, and 2) the said cup next to the mailing box with shipping label clearly shown.
· Due to state laws, we do not ship Dubia roaches to Florida, Alaska, or Hawaii.
